Join us the annual Charles Allis and Villa Terrace Art Museums end of year community gathering on the opening night of "Everyday Elegance: Finding Beauty in the Ordinary" at the Allis on Thursday, Dec. 19 at 5 p.m.

Featuring works by local artists, this "Everyday Elegance" is a community exhibition exploring the intersection of beauty and still life which invites artists to reflect on how everyday objects and moments can embody grace, simplicity, and profound meaning. By reimagining the landscape and still life traditions, the exhibition celebrates the artistry found in the overlooked details of our daily lives—be it a well-worn book, a cityscape, a vibrant fruit, or the fleeting dance of light across a body of water.
